"The house was very modern and new. The room arrangements were good for our group. One bedroom en-suite was on the ground floor which was nice. The house is outside the bustle of Caen but an easy drive to get there. Plus, grocery stores and restaurants were just a few minutes away. "Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal.
