"Meal buffet is good, while expensive. Staff is nice overall, but very few speak English. You MUST have a car to get around, the area is kind of rural and away from city. The keys to apartment (F12) were useless since the door lock was broken. Front desk open 8AM to 10PM, but you have to leave earlier and come back late, so you have no one available to ask questions."

"Ich hatte bereits Kontakt bezüglich des Aufenthaltes.Obwohl ich ein Zimmer gebucht hatte und dafür per Visa € 94.- bezahlt habe, erhielt ich kein Zimmer und musste bei einer netten Familie in einem Zelt übernachten. Ich erhielt also keinerlei Leistung für den sehr hohen Betrag. Ich bitte sie mit mir Kontakt aufzunehmen und mir Den Betrag zu erstatten. "Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."
