"The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments....

"It was like to be inside the fridge,no heating at all no good to stay this time of the year. We got quickly fixed with hot water and extra duvets otherwise is impossible to sleep gets very cold night time late march and early April."

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"Location was good and apartment had all our needs however the air conditioner was broken and they didn’t do much to help us. They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. Apartment is outdated and probably needs a good refurbishment in the near future. A bit noisy but that was to be expected at this busy...

"Used this hotel as a base for a weekend wedding. The hotel has a lovely village nearby with nice places to eat and a stunning beach town that is only just under a 10 minute drive away. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on food however the apartments were large, spacious, clean and comfy. Definitely good value for money. "

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "

"We had a lovely time. The apartments are in an excellent location with easy access to a store and a few restaurants. The shared garden is awesome for kids and with a 15 minute walk you can get to the beach. The staff was super nice. The beds were "on the harder side". We spend around 8 days there. During the week, it was calm and peaceful. In the weekend there was some partying and noise."
