Worst VRBO Experience Ever...Avoid this Property
We booked the property for 28 days. Never received an email from property manager or owner on check in process, codes anything ahead of time. Sent email out via property message board from VRBO. Arrived at property with no way the enter. After reviewing listing help section on VRBO we found a phone number icon to call property management. After a bunch of questions we were given the unit number and lock box code . Once we got in, the property did not match listing. The listing said 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This location has 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Property manager said it's the correct property and the listing should have said 1 bathroom . We could not get a refund because it was past time to get one on the VRBO site. To make things worse .the water went out on 5 separate occasions some over 24 hours. We could not shower or flush toilet during these outages. We ended up leaving the property 6 days early and had to stay somewhere else. Property manager was responsive, but she just couldn't solve the issues with this property!
