The 28 sqm|300 sq ft room apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 people. While at the property, you’ll enjoy spending time around the pool, which has plenty of seating, a built-in firepit and a BBQ for grilling up some tasty eats. This pool is nicely landscaped, surrounded by greenery, and enclosed for your safety and privacy. The property is located on the west end of La Paz’s Zona Comercial, just 7 blocks from the beach and the Malecón, so you’ll have easy access to all the attractions and local hotspots!

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
- During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We invite all our guests to help us conserve water by following the recommendations below. We appreciate your support and understanding & must inform you that the property runs on water tanks. We provide a full cistern upon arrival. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Turn off the faucet while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth or lather your hands.
Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering up.
Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests must climb stairs to access upper-level rooms. There is no elevator.
- Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20 USD fine.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
Guests are responsible for damages that occur and for any extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
