Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a complimentary cleaning service each Friday. Additionally, the pool service will also be carried out on Fridays. Both of these services will only be scheduled after receiving your approval.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

No pets are allowed on the property.

Wi-Fi, flatscreen TV, bed linens, bath towels, and some basic essentials are provided complimentary during your stay.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service but if you’d like to arrange to have the place cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge.

Very nice house, would go again
The house is very nice, felt in vibe with the city and Baja which is not always the case, in comparison with other houses. The place is very pretty and very central. You can walk everywhere in 5-10mn. The pool is nice as well, I would go again.

La Paz family vacay
We have a family of 7 and the home more than accommodated us all. We were in walking distance of almost everything we needed or wanted to see. We felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. The pool helped keep us cool during the hot afternoons. We enjoyed the rooftop patio in the evenings listening to the music from nearby bars and the Malecon. Would definitely stay here again. Love this house!

The worst VRBO we have stayed in
The pictures do not portray what the inside of the property looks like. All of the walls are scuffed with black marks, paint is pealing, shelves are damaged and nicked, all the door jams are filthy as well as the light switches. The bathrooms have mold on the shower doors and shower wall corners, behind the faucets. When the host was notified a cleaning crew was sent in. They cleaned one of the shower doors and a the main bedroom. I had holes in my sheets that were replaced the following day, the air conditioning did not work in 2 - rooms and was never repaired in our room even though a technician was sent in. The washer controls are backwards. The cold selection is actually hot (which resulted in shrinking a few of our clothes.) My 3.5 year old granddaughter sat in one of the outdoor dining chairs and fell over backwards hitting her head on the bbq (the back legs on 3 of the outdoor chairs are a few inches shorter.). We replaced a can opener that was broken and a very dull grater. Angel, our host was quick to reply and started differing our questions and complaints to Baja Realty. I brought 6 family members for a wonderful Christmas vacation and was very embarrassed by the condition of the home. We travel a lot and stay in rentals homes around the world and I have never experienced a home like this. I actually thought it was a scam after the 2nd day. Do not stay in this house unless, you will find a very tired, ill kept home.

Beautiful Garden Oasis
The property was very private and we had the sole use of the entire space, including the roof top deck and swimming pool. Each couple had their own room and bathroom with doorway into the garden area that was full of blossoming bougainvillea. The living room and dining/kitchen area were colorful and welcoming with high ceilings. The kitchen was equipped with many cooking utensils and an auto coffeemaker and a French Press. We did not use the TV at all. The kids were able to run around inside the courtyard playing hide and seek while the adults cooked and visited. There was also a private enclosed parking area. There is ac in each room that we didn't use...We used the ceiling fans only and we were quite comfortable. We visited LaPaz in early December. I would definitely return in the future.
