We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.

Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between May and November.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in to be paid in cash to our local team.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Location with a view
We enjoyed the location as it has an amazing view. We had a rental car which worked well for us. The maintenance staff work long hours and are very helpful. We had a couple of issues which were quickly dealt with. We stayed for a month so did have to purchase cooking supplies such as oil and spices. The area is quiet by 10pm other than barking dogs in the neighborhood behind the condos. It is the norm for Mexico so bring ear plugs and you will sleep well.

Home away from home.
Nice little condo in a secure residential area. The road up the hill to it is rough but the view ftom the balcony makes it worth the trip. Staff are very friendly and willing to help but few speak english. Our needs were simple and we were very comfortable.

Highly recommend (but good to know a few things...)
I was there for a month and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Angel for all your help and quick replies Positives: - The condo is beautifully decorated and just as it appears in photos. - The bed is very comfortable. - The balcony sunset views are incredible. - The kitchen is well-stocked, with just a few missing items for cooking meals at home (delivered within the first week). - Wifi was mostly good; I was able to work remotely via phone/video conferencing (some calls were dropped, but not too bad). - The gym is 24/7 open and very clean; there was usually no more than 1-2 others at the same time, so always space. - The pools and outdoor areas are kept exceptionally clean. - The locals are super friendly, as were all the people at the condo. I felt comfortable and safe, even after my husband left and I was on my own for a couple weeks. What I wish I'd known in advance: - Unlike what the title says, the Malecon is quite a walk from the condo. Although a fit person can walk, it's about 20 minutes down a narrow, windy hill (half unlit, without sidewalk and barely any shoulder) to the very edge of the Malecon and another 20+ to get central Malecon. So, coming and going by foot was a bit of a day-trip. If you're not renting a car, you can use the local bus which is a close walk from the condo and comes every 15 minutes, and/or use Didi (better and more reliable than Uber in La Paz). Good walking shoes are a must! Once the sun goes down, it is quite dark and walking becomes dangerous, so if you're walking, it's good idea to pack headlamps/reflectors in your day pack in case you get home later than anticipated. - There was no stand for the water jug, so it wasn't easy pouring water from the big jug into glasses, pots, water bottles. It'd be great if management provided this. - Knives were dangerously dull. Although the team tried finding a knife sharpener, they couldn't, so hopefully the knives will be replaced asap (but might be worth bringing a sharpener if you like sharp knives). - There is no heater in the unit. Many locals shared that they bought space heaters for the first time ever, as this season has been colder than usual. If you're coming in 'winter' months, bring appropriate clothing/slippers, esp. for inside the condo at night. Overall, I loved my stay and would recommend. I'd also stay again, knowing now what I do, I could plan and prepare more appropriately. Thanks again Angel and team for all your help!

Great view
The condo view are beautiful and it is comfortable. We did not know that we were situated on top of a mountain away from stores and the beach. I would suggest you rent a car if staying here. We were remote workers and when the internet slowed completely the manager tried to find assistance for us. Unfortunately it took over a week for Telcel to find us and we had some pretty touch and go work days. All in all nice place.

really good place to stay
We stayed here for 6 nights - it's a modern 1-BR apartment with great sunset views. The complex also has a pool & hot tub, but when we were there it was quite windy so we didn't use them. The main town area is about 15 - 20 minutes down the hill to the Malecon - if you want to be closer to the action it's quite far, but it suited us perfectly. The apartment is clean & comfortable with a well-appointed working kitchen (except no oven). Management co was responsive immediately to our few minor questions. Check-in was slightly confusing as we were told we'd need an access code but in the end found there is a security guard at the gate who has a list of newcomers for that day. Apartment keys were on the table and the door was unlocked so once we arrived it all went smoothly. Very nice place!

Awesome Staff
We loved our stay in La Paz....unfortunately and incident occurred on the second night of our five night stay. This had nothing to do with the condition or the property or maintenance ...more of a "sh8t happens." The staff quickly responded and began work on the issue but it was obvious we were going to need to move. They gave us multiple options and got us relocated right away to another amazing property. Great people to work with and amazing customer service.

Amazing place and view!!!
This place was one of the best we’ve stayed in the Vrbo community. Very clean and affordable, balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, huge swimming pool on-site, a gym, parking, and not too far from the malecon. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, and the little laundry washer made a world of difference for a long stay. We even had an emergency with the water heater, and management was super-quick to answer the call and send someone over immediately. Amazing service and attention. The town of La Paz was beautiful and I definitely recommend taking a tour to Espíritu Santo island to snorkel and play in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world while visiting.
