The Space:
This lovely 2-story home in La Paz is in a fantastic location overlooking the Sea of Cortez to really give you a luxurious escape experience to La Paz. Look no further, this will be the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!
The main spaces of the home:
- An open upstairs living area with a sensational view of the golf course, bay and ocean. A warm ambiance permeates the space with natural light and vibrant accents to highlight its Mexican heritage. There’s a SmartTV and comfy sofas in the living room – perfect when you have downtime to relax at home between sightseeing.
- The kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped to whip up any meal! Plus, an oven and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart and a dishwasher for easy clean ups.
- The dining area adjacent to the kitchen features a nice round table to seat 5-6 comfortably when enjoying meals at home and a fun dinner chat.
- Feel free to sit outside under the shade of the wonderful outdoor terrace off the living area. There’s plenty of seating…you can sip a coffee or cocktail, chit-chat and enjoy the nice breeze and amazing golf course, sea views and the spectacular sunset!

Getting Around:
The home is about 10.2 miles | 16.5 km or about a 25-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2 hr 45 min drive or 123 miles | 198 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Other Things to Note:
Starting July 31st, improvement works will begin on the internal roads of Las Colinas. These works are estimated to take around two weeks to complete. Please be aware that vehicle access to the property may be temporarily affected during this time.
Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please note guests must use stairs to access the lower level bedrooms.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
Please note that the pool is not heated.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels and some essentials are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check in.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There is a penalty of $20.00 USD for late check-outs.
A golf cart is available for your use during your stay within the Costabaja Colinas premises.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging any towels, bathing suits or clothing on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.
