"We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but...

"Overall, the place is okay according to local standards. Cleanliness could improve but was not bad either. Aircon works fine, WiFi is outstanding. Indications to get there were very precise. Reactions of host were timely and adequate. "

"Owner is very responsive to all questions.The place is a bit outside of the city center but very clean and safe. Recommend for anyone wanting a full house in a quiet neighborhood. "

"We stayed 4 nights! We loved that the house had lots of windows, helps to get some air and alliaviate Managua's hot weather. The house was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing I can say it's that the kitchen needs to be better equipped but the host responds really fast to guest request, we needed a blender and in less than 10 minutes Carmen was there with a brand new blender !!!😊. She's awesome!! Definitely will be staying there for future stays in Managua."
