"It is a one minute walk from the train station, which is so convenient. a nice walk along the river to the historic center. Lovely staff."

"I was not given any instructions at check in. I was told check out is at 10am. Front desk was not friendly. When I was booking the rooms I made a mistake tried to contact the hotel and never responded, upon arrival told me I had to pay extra. Not happy with the outcome."

"Jonna at reception was marvelous. She checked to see if my room would be ready early, just in from Transatlantic flight. Much appreciated. She also showed me on the mapwgere everything was. All in walking distance. The breakfast was not that great. Bacon and sausages not hot, sitting in grease. Room was very comfortable. "

"We always stop here when we drive to the U.K. and then home again. The hotel is easy to find, ample parking and has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly helpful and we’ve never had a bad stay. Will be back again in a couple of months on our way home. "

The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. "I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. "I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home.
