"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily...

We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "The accommodation is perfectly located, not so far from the paseo, the walking and commercial streets, the beach. On top of that there are down some pubs which is perfect for persons who like the nightlife. The accommodation is very well equiped with a small kitchen, a fridge with large freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and is available any time to help, I strongly recommend this studio."

"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "
