"We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario"

"The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment."

"Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "

"We were a family of four staying in a bungalow at the camping location but we also used the main hotel up on the hill and both properties were great. The bungalow was pretty basic but had what we needed and we could walk to the restaurant and sports stuff. The restaurant at the camping location was really great with fast service and delicious vegetarian options. The view at the hotel on the hill is fantastic. Service was great. We will def return "
