"This is a cute one bedroom apartment in a great location, just behind the cathedral and one block in either direction of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. The bed was very comfortable. It has the smallest, most efficient sink and shower room I have seen with a separate toilet room. The street outside tends to get busy and noisy in the late evening, so bring earplugs and that should help dampen the voices. Rennes is a beautiful, very walkable city and this apartment is centrally located."

"Up 4 Flights of Stairs (5th floor for us Americans) and no elevator. That was not in the description or we would have booked another place. We had luggage and were traveling with seniors. The host was not responsive. He provided an incorrect code for the door. Luckily someone in our party guessed the last digit was wrong or we might still be waiting to get in. Pros: Fast internet, close to the train station and a short walk to restaurants."

"Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee.
