"We had a wonderful two weeks at this fantastic property as a group of 12 (2, grandparents, 4 parents & 6 kids ages 3-12). From the moment we arrived and we’re greeted by the very friendly and helpful Florence, it was relaxing and stress free. The kitchen was kitted out to the highest standard of any property we’ve ever stayed in with plenty crockery and large pans for a big group. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids as was the pétanque and the garden space...

"Dit huis is fantastisch! Een grote, oude boerderij, reeds 8 generaties lang in bezit, waar je een eigen accomodatie hebt. Heerlijke, supergrote tuin met schommelbank, ligstoelen en hangmat. Verder is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien, heel compleet ingericht. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving en op 10 minuten met de auto van een supermarkt. Voor Nederlanders zijn de bedden wat klein ;-) En onze dochters misten de WiFi, maar de aanwezige Wii maakte veel goed! Echt een aanrader dit huis!"

"A lovely hidden cottage, yet close to all the Chateau and attractions. Very quiet and peaceful, with a well planned kitchen. I would say basic French is essential, but all the locals and the key holder were very patient and friendly, tolerating our rusty school French. We hired bikes from Jadi Vert in Bracieux, no english but very friendly and cheap bicycles that we used to cycle into Bracieux with our children on quiet roads to buy our bread and croissants every morning. "the location is stunning the host is very nice and responsive but unfortunately the property has not been cleaned prior to our arival it was dusty, sticky and the toiled smelled of wee. We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . It has been advertised for a family but the indoor dining table is way to small like the water cooker for a family of 5 (and my kids are still small). I would have loved to rate it...
