"One night stay while visiting family in the region. Always beautiful, especially waking up on a sunny day; the view of the St Laurent river is spectacular. Very peaceful. Careful with wheelchair accessible room, I called prior to make sure we had the one room only. I was told that yes, our room was accessible. It wasn’t the room, although we could enter the room, the bathroom wasn’t accessible with a wheelchair and not enough space for transfers. The staff on duty, was great and help us...

"Pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. While looking for a hotel near Riviere du Loup, the Malbaie area comes up as being close to Riviere du Loup. However, you must take a ferry if travelling from Moncton. Otherwise it is 400 km detour. The cabin was very nice and clean. Be prepared to speak French. Language barrier for non-speakers"

"I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly. The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there. Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area. The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence...
