"Plenty of room for a family of 5 at a great rate! We liked having a place to prepare meals and hang out. The balcony is a great added feature. Short walk to the grocery store and Sunset park. "

"The apartment complex is modern and nice. Location is convenient. Amenities great. Security great. Felt a little unsure about safety when observing the surrounding areas on arriving first night. Host was great."

"We enjoyed our stay at Don Julian’s Resort! The place was clean, comfortable, and well equipped! The staff was great, we had some car trouble and they had no trouble helping us out. Our laundry was done the same day and returned to us well folded and nice and clean! The pool was great, and access to the beach was nice too.The only downfall was, no curtain in the main bathroom window, and the tint does not keep anyone from looking in at night so that was uncomfortable, and the pillows were super...

"Location can’t be beat! There is a small beach just steps away to give into the ocean directly. The property was beautiful and the facilities for the apartment complex were also nice. "

"Place was ok but need more attention A/C drain was leaking and water was on the floor inside the apartment also back door was really difficult to open I wasn’t able to go to the balcony area "

"I loved the area, and the building was in excellent condition, I didn't like that one of the bathrooms wasn't clean, and when we arrived at the apartment one of the bedrooms was locked so we couldn't use it and had to squeeze between the beds that were available. Also, the beds didn't have flat sheets, just the fitted sheet and light quilt, and no pillows only decorative pillows. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay there again."
