"We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine. Jose and his family were very helpful with the few minor problems that we had and they sorted them immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again if we are coming to the area. "The overall experience was good. Just a little issue for the check in as I couldn't get the access codes on time because I wasn`t able to indicate that I was the only guest, not finding the way to change the number of guests (from 2 to only 1) and skip the part where it required to enter the information for a 2nd guest. It was resolved once I've found the Whatsapp support QR code in the elevator to be able to communicate with someone and have some help. Otherwise, I really liked the apartment...
