"The hotel is in an excellent location near to everything one would need for a vacation in Rome. The front desk staff not so nice. We asked for a wake up call on the departure morning and never received it. The cleaning was excellent! The room was clean and welcoming each day we returned to it."

"As an American visiting as a tourist, I was very comfortable in this hotel. The staff spoke English so communication was easy. The room came with snacks that were restocked every day free of charge, including Italian-brand water, juice, Coke, crackers/chips, and cookies. Towels replaced as needed (when put on floor) and beds made every day like any other Best Western, bathroom and shower are familiar to use and cleaned up every day, shampoo was restocked but we had to ask for bars of soap from...
