"this house is lovely, colorful, with many artisan features, multiple patios, a well-stocked kitchen, lovely views. during hotter months, the inability to have all night air conditioning may be difficult for those who are hot sleepers, but the proximity to town, views, ceiling fans, and positioning to take advantage of the sea breezes are good offsets."

We were two families (with two 13yos and two 10yos) and had a wonderful time swimming in the ocean and in the pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball and horseshoe, and watching the whales and birds. "This villa exceeded our expectation in terms of view, space and details. Thank you for sharing your lovely and expansive home. It is very very safe. The kitchen has everything we needed because we cooked all our meals. We attended a wedding so we had all ages in our villa and the atmosphere was so cozy and warm for all of us to visit. The Electronics were amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub on several occasions. We also visited the beach club Which was nice but the surf is too strong...
