The shipping container was transformed in Oct 2022 in a very comfortable apartment equipped with one big bedroom with king size bed, private jacuzzi, A/C unit, Smart TV, WiFi (150/150 Megabytes - Great to work & travel), fully equipped kitchen, balcony with garden view, gated property with electric gate, safety deposit box, private parking and full bathroom with hot water.

Perfect apartment in downtown La Fortuna, you will have access to town just walking 3 blocks but it is located a away from the main road next to a little creek so you can rest from your daily adventures. If you need to work we have a desk and chair in the living room area, our 100/100 megabytes connection is great for work and travel, also in both balconies you will find option to sit and work enjoying the hummingbirds jumping from one flower to other.

The apartment was made from a shipping container and we made it bigger on Oct 2022 so you can have more space, added a king sized bed, private hot tub, another balcony with high chairs overlooking the garden, a 58 inches smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, IPTV, Disney and Star Plus. Besides the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, A/C unit, full bathroom with hot water, gated property with electric gate, safety deposit box and private parking.

There is a laundry area available for our guests, is located in between the two apartments in the property, there is a washing machine available and each apartment has a clothes drying rack, this service is included in our daily rate.

You will have an excellent location to explore La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, apartment is 3 blocks away from the central park where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, drugstores, souvenirs shops, banks and more. All main attractions are 10 to 30 minutes away by car if you want to explore on your own in your car and/or Taxi or Uber. In the property we have two apartments each one is very private and has its own private areas and parking.

The apartment is totally private for you, only the laundry area is share but is located in the middle of the two apartments we have in the property. The property is totally gated with electric gate.

Our neighborhood is very safe, organized and you can walk without problems anytime.
