"They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate."

Yes, the rooms are fair for the price and the bathrooms are lovely, but the customer service is so awful that it didn't feel...

"This is a magical place, cozy and charming, with an excellent restaurant in a “wine cellar” with giant wooden casks and delicious food. We had a perfect day that started with a lovely breakfast, followed by a visit to the farm animals on the property, an hour in the private spa (jacuzzi, steam room and sauna), a wonderful massage, and then a drive through the gorgeous countryside to nearby Montserrat for a hike. What a wonderful place!"
