"A beautiful, old-style hacienda with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful views, an amazingly kind and helpful host, fantastic kitchen and bathroom amenities. "Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. "Words can't describe how much I loved Can Farres. All of the staff was absolutely amazing, especially both Carola and Karine. I stayed there for only a couple of nights with 2 friends and we wish that we could have stayed longer. It was easily our favorite place that we stayed in. "One of the nicest designed hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time. The room is spacious and the bed is huge. You have your own private terrace. Location is central. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"If you don't mind walking 15 min a bit uphill, not steep, from the train station (past a small market) this is a great option. Missed my train to Monserrat and stayed here. It was a gem really. Clean, coffee maker in room, excellent shower, comfortable bed. Another 12 min to rack railway. Arrived after 7pm, hotel restaurant was closed but owner had reached out on Whatsapp with code for entry (phone number on door). Thank you!!!! Great option for price. Would stay again. "

"The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months.
