"We stayed two nights and wished we’d stayed longer. A stunning chateau in amazing grounds. Quiet, peaceful and spacious. Not much in terms of obtaining drinks, there’s an honesty bar, but very little choice although they don’t mind you bringing your own. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they make this place feel as lovely as it is. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Mostly continental but eggs and sausage also supplied. Plenty of fruit, delicious yoghurt and home made preserves, breads, pancakes etc. what made the visit extra special was the incredible 7 course taster menu in the restaurant. Incredible dishes served by the best young front of house team you could wish for. Very impressive and they did all they could to ensure we were happy and the service impeccable. For all the above we can’t wait to visit again one day. "
