"Absolutely TERRIBLE stay. Long cues for check in & check out. Small rooms. Bad food & chaotic. I grabbed 10 cups all dirty. They say they give you free water & wine ON TAP! How disgusting is that. A pitcher of local wine. No thanks. Bad bed. This place was horrible & should be burned to the ground. Beach isn’t even nice. It’s rocky. I could not wait to check out. This is so a 1 star hotel. Oh & they made you were a swimming cap to go in the pool for hygiene. I’ve been all over Italy & this is a first. I guess dirty people stay here. Wierd. After 2 meals of absolutely chaos we never even tried to dine in that zoo again. Come one Italy, you call that food? Just nasty all around. The only thing this place had was AC without car in door because it’s so old school you have to have a physical key to open the door. Be warned! Book elsewhere."
