"Staying at PARRAL is an experience in itself! A super cute and quirky spot, feels like a home because of its set up and service. The room was spacious and pretty. The cleanliness could be a bit better, but I suppose for the price it was pretty apt. The hosts were beyond incredible and kind — got me a portable heater when it got too cold & was overall very approachable and helpful. My room was next to the street so it got a bit loud but as a city girl, i loved it, and it helped me feel safer. The water was really cold (but I didn’t bring this up to the hotel tho I’m sure they would do their best to address it). Overall, as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and cared for. Note that you have to buzz in to the hotel everytime you’re trying to enter — a quirk that’s mostly cute but at times can be a bit inconvenient. Will be back! "
