"This is a stunning property and hotel however the service and staff were incredibly disappointing. My husband and I stayed for an evening during our honeymoon. We asked for a restaurant recommendation in a specific area and were sent in the complete opposite direction and the place was closed. We also came back later in the evening and there were no signs anywhere to find our room and no staff available. The hotel is beautifully built like a labarynth but it took us an hour to find our room...

The service was impeccable, the rooms were exceptional, the property was phenomenal and the spa was one of the best spas I have ever visited.
