"Kelly was really nice. If you are staying overnight trip to do the biobay tour just to sleep and take shower it is good. Their family room seems to be better than standard room. For an island without any proper hotels this is the best as it is closer to the ferry. Also Kelly gave us a list of car service from which we picked one to take us around. "

"The property and grounds are beautiful. We stayed in Solaris 6 which is a building with six units. Because of the concrete structure you could hear every door open and close through the building and throughout the night. Any movement on the concrete floors was heard throughout the building. The opening and closing of the window gates could be heard throughout the building. When there was absolutely no movement or doors opening and closing the property is amazing."

"This hotel is located 2 minutes from the ferry with lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Onsite parking is very useful too. Communication is very difficult though. There is no one onsite and they can only be reached by text. We had a difficult time having our sheets changed (they were dirty when we arrived), and we never had responses to our questions about lockers before our arrivals. I’d say aside from the lack of service, this is a pretty good choice."

"Skip was VERY accommodating, I came in early due to my ferry time (around 10:30am) and he was able to check me one time. Loved the lights around the property, the seating area outside of the rooms were nice to have breakfast surrounded by fresh air. Pool was well kept. The chickens were a bit noisy but it’s island life nothing to complain about. "The pool was immaculate and beautiful. The breakfast was great and tasty every morning with delicious coffee. The view from the pool was great, overlooked downtown Esperanza from a distance and the ocean. Our room was cozy and maintained. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we have ever slept on.
