"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

"Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. "Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung., u.a. Le Mont Saint Michel (halbe Stunde), nach Saint Malo kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Dinan und Dinard und Cancale sind ebenfalls nah."

"The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The position is perfect, just 50 metres from the ramparts and the spectacular view over the Rance Valley and the old port. The Basilica and the old town are just 5 minutes walk away. As mentioned in other reviews, parking can be a problem in Dinan but the owner allowed us to use her underground garage. "Perfect location for visiting Saint Mont Michel. Very friendly host. The outdoor space was beautiful. The 3 bedroom home accommodated is well but scheduling the one shower was very important. No internet…but cell service was good and we were on vacation so didn’t mind. Closest market and restaurants were 15 minutes. We would recommend."
