"This was our first trip to Ecuador. We stayed our first two nights at Lugano Hotel, and we had a very positive experience! We arranged for airport pickup through the hotel ahead of time, and after flying all night, it was a welcome sight to have a driver with my name on a paper waiting for us! The cost was reasonable, more convenient than finding a taxi, and our driver was very nice. The room at the hotel was clean and roomy. "Wonderful Hotel. Extremely nice and almost fancy. Front desk was super helpful too and helped us lineup shuttles and tours. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location too that was close to lots of restaurants. We'd definitely stay again."

"The service and staff were very good and friendly. The one thing I follow was that my room faced a Main Street and it you could hear the traffic all day and night, a bit loud. Other that that no complaints. "
