"Trés bon séjour dans une villa spacieuse, propre, fonctionnelle. Une vue imprenable sur le Penon !! Photos fidèles à la réalité. Communication très facile et rapide avec agence Costa Carpe Diem. Quartier très calme avec la possibilité de garer 2 voitures dans la propriété. Points faibles : 2 chambres sur 4 seulement avec climatisation et vaisselle un peu "vieillotte" !"

"The property has plenty of space and is very well equipped overall. It needs a bit of maintenance as some of the decor looks a little faded, a couple of the doors stick and the mattress in the red bedroom was lumpy. "

"Stayed in this villa on our second week in Costa blanca. We were on a cycling holiday. Lovely villa and great views. Within walking distance of a supermarket up hill and walking distance into town. Only thing we lost internet after 3 days or very slow. This happened on our first weeks stay in Denia so might be a network problem. Other than that had a great stay with fantastic weather for the end of October."

"Nice villa although a bit tired. In a good area 15min walk to amenities. A few days spoilt by construction works in the area but obviously this is not under control of the property letters."

"This property is situated perfectly for incredible sunrise views! It's also located conveniently to down-town Calpe and easy access to the surrounding areas, towns, and cities. The pool deck and pool was very nice as well and we enjoyed being able to enjoy the outdoor space."
