"The flat is nice, very clean and cosy. There is everything what you need from the kitchen stuff, sun umbrella to shower gel. The host is super, helpful, friendly and replying really fast. The view from the balcony is amazing and only 5 min walking to beach. The only thing to consider it is 2nd floor with stairs, we were happy with that."

"We had a lovely time in this well located and well equipped apartment. The bed was very comfy and we generally slept well. The only downside was that you can hear some noise from other properties. Whilst this was no problem during the day, on a couple of nights this did disturb our sleep. The view to the sea and Ifach rock is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We loved our stay. Thanks Gabriel "

"We stayed for two weeks at this very nice apartment, which is located close to everything - beach, grocery stores, restaurants and walking distance to the old town. Gerardo and Pilar were very helpful and nice, met us in person when we arrived, showed us everything and were available whenever we had any question. We would love to come back for sure."

What was not good : the people of the agency were cold and not welcoming, no smile at all. "We had an amazing stay at this villa. The villa was just as seen on the listing and was tidy and clean when we arrived. The host was easy to reach if we had any questions. The villa is in a lovley location but is a 30min walk to the main town of Calpe but taxi services helped a lot ! Only two rooms had air con so definitely something to consider but apart from that we had the best time :)"
