"We arrived Casa Bella after a less than stellar ride from the airport with a recommended driver from the owner. His driving was a bit erratic and fast. We were relieved to have made it! We were met by the property manager Francini who was reaching out to the community manager because the neighbors were having a very loud karaoke party by their pool. It wasn’t the serene arrival that we had expected and it went on throughout the evening. Our rental information had said parties were not allowed. ...

"The property was beautiful and amazing. I highly recommend but please do keep in mind is it s bit difficult to get to with a normal car, especially if raining."

"Stayed for 7 days Feb 15-22. Carlos and crew were easy to work with and communication were awesome. They were flexible and rolled with our requests. They went above and beyond and made our DR experience. Jackie and Esmeralda took care of our needs and their cooking was 2nd to none! We spend almost all our time at the house. However when we did go out Carlos helped out with rides and suggestions. Overall I would highly recommend Casa Phil! "

"The location is amazing right on the beach with the atmosphere of breeze and nature."

"The house is great! lots of space to hang out. One thing to take note is that there was only 4 pool chair lounges and we were 10 people. The lounge cushions are very old, torn and stained and should really be replaced. So this made lounging around the pool difficult and uncomfortable. "

If you are expecting slick, new and air conditioning, this is not the place for you. "We stayed in Casa CoCo for a wedding in February 2025. Casa Coco was wonderful! It is spacious, in a great location and has all the amenities we needed. It is truly paradise! Communication with the house manager, Francini, was fantastic. We had never been to the Dominican Republic before and had many questions about transportation, groceries and the area in general.
