"This chalet was beautiful, and looks just like the photos. David and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and helpful, communicated with us with any questions before and after we’ve booked. The chalet is located about 5/10 minutes walk from the town where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. Also about a 20-30 min drive from Madrid City. Perfect location. My group and i thoroughly enjoyed staying at this chalet and we would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid or Alcala de Henares....

"Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y hemos disfrutado mucho de la casa. Está bien ubicada y contaba con muchas cosas indispensables que en otros alojamientos hay que comprar (bollería, papel higiénico, leche, sal, aceite...). Los dueños de la casa nos trataron muy bien en el check-in. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido que la casa tenga dos cocinas y la piscina climatizada que nos ha dado mucho juego. También destacamos la comodidad de las camas y los tres baños (éramos 13 por lo que nos vino genial)....

"Ricardo and parents gave us such a warm and hospitable welcome and stay in their stunning family villa, thank you! The photos do not show the full beauty and location of the property on the urbanisation. The outside area for the weather was superb and the house facilities great. Local village has good amenities to ensure an excellent well stocked holiday. The views, walks and lake beach excellent. With the exceptional heat, fans in the house would have eased the discomfort but the fly screens...

"La casa tiene muchas posibilidades y muy bien ubicada. El no tener contacto con la persona responsable hace la situación más fría que en otras circunstancias. La casa aún estando limpia, debería mejorar en algunas partes y sobre todo renovar colchones, sabanas y colchas. Calefacción, agua caliente y leña para chimenea correcto La persona de contacto debería ser algo más empática."

"La casa estaba sucisima y a pesar de que la dueña te hace firmar un contrato al llegar en el que indica que contar con un servicio de limpieza no te exime de limpiar te entrega la casa en pésimas condiciones. Friega platos con restos de comida, la barbacoa con carbón quemado... Lo peor de todo es que tuvimos que pagarle a ella una fianza de 150 € y no nos la devolvió. "The property is fantastic with everything you need to enjoy a holiday. The house itself is spacious with a really nice dining area directly outside. The pool is the star and is fantastic, and we even had a bat show every night as they came in to drink the pool water. The property is on a secure gated estate and is in a great location.
