"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. There was a green square on the wall behind the Tv which doesn’t make sense and there a powerful smell of freshener everywhere. Asked housekeeping to not to use during or stay and the didn’t. "We stayed here Mar 13-Mar 26, 2025. This is a beautiful hotel in the very heart of Alcala De Henares Spain. The restaurant on site was a wonderful place for food and the service was amazing. Two of the staff went way above to make us feel warm and welcome. Manuele Maggio was a stand out along with Helena. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of storage and a nice bathroom. "
