"Very smart and modern studio and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend as it is perfectly located close to El Turia and walkable to old city as well as the museums. Lots of places to eat in the area. And very friendly staff available 24 hours."

"Hotel was recommended by a friend that resides in Valencia. The hotel is located just a few steps from Plaza de la Reina and many dining options. The Plaza and the Cathedral are must see, we sat at the Plaza just to take it all in. From the moment we walked in, we knew our stay would be wonderful. "A perfect location for old town València. Easy to find, and a quick check in process, will store luggage before and after checkin/out too. Really lovely, large clean room (multiple blocks around a central square). Only issues we found were the walls are paper thin, you can literally hear the room next door turning on a light switch, the square outside is very noisy at night (even from a top floor room), we were unfortunate and had a group of young girls staying in our block who were incredibly...

"Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast. "

"Simple accommodations in a great location. We loved being so close to the Valencia Silk Exchange and the cathedral. Valencia is a wonderful city and we look forward to visiting again. The apartment was comfortable, and we were glad to be able to wash our clothes! The staff was very helpful and brought over a laundry detergent pod so we didn't have to go out and buy a whole lot more than we needed. "

"It was nice to have the studio apartment & the option of laundry. Quick glance all looks well. The bedding had a “sour” smell like the sheets were left in the washing machine for days then dried. The towels were fine, no bad odour. The front load washing machine was wet & damp upon opening it. After wiping it clean & leaving the door open for a day, it was better. Front load washing machines will always breed mold & bacteria if left closed after a wash is completed & not allowed to air...

"Happy to find this place near the train station. The location was perfect for me as the area is near hip pubs/restaurants and also not far from the old town. There is a metro station in front of the hotel. The service was excellent, they offered suggestions on what to do, they have bikes for rent and one can get the busy tickets from them. My suite had all the things I needed, a fridge, a microwave, water heater, Nespresso machine and a bread toaster. There was a hot plate but I didn't use it....

"Good: Nice sized place, modern, usable kitchen, great area. Bad: The mattress was a bit mediocre and the pillows were terrible. I also had to ask them a few times to clean because they didn’t take out the trash or refill the soap and shampoo for almost two weeks. They never once washed the bed sheets in the three weeks I was there. It was overall okay but hands-off/low-maintenance effort from the owners. If you just want a place to stay, it’s passable. "We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"My stay at this hotel had its pros and cons. The Good: • The location is great! It’s just a 15–20 minute walk to the city center and several iconic landmarks, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The Bad: • The room and bathroom felt outdated, which detracted from the overall experience. • The TV only offered local channels and wasn’t a Smart TV, which was disappointing for anyone looking to relax with streaming options after a long day. Overall, while the location is a major plus, the outdated amenities left me feeling like the hotel could use some modernization to improve the guest experience."

Lovely, stylish hotel

"The hotel is in an ideal location. Very close to the city centre - with easy access to Turia Gardens -, but on a quiet street with no external noise. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always someone on hand at reception to answer any queries and help. Breakfast, whilst a little expensive, was nice when we had it on the last day (it would be worth booking this in advance if you're unsure). The building is very stylish and chic, and the rooms - whilst on the smaller side - are clean, comfortable and cosy, with good, quiet air con. You can hear some noise from the corridor, but if you have considerate people also staying in the hotel, it won't be a problem. Light sleepers should ask for a room as far away from the breakfast room as possible, as staff start setting up for this quite early."
