"Great location close to subway and JR trains. Also one block away from airport bus pick up. Hotel is in Umeda district, if you like shopping, this is the place to stay. Staff are friendly and seek to help you if you have a “lost” look. Highly recommend. "

"It was the smallest room we stayed at but the hot springs were relaxing, free ice cream was delicious, love that they provide a variety of sizes on the pj’s, the complimentary soy infused noodles in the evening hit the spot, and love that they have laundry services. Even a separate laundry room for female undergarments. "What a beautiful property. Also, the Osen is top notch after a long day of walking. Nothing to do in the immediate neighborhood, but it is close to bus stops and the subway station. Would definitely stay again: the one negative I have is that the shower in the room is Mickey Mouse. It is not functional for an adult. "

"Close to shopping and dining at Shinsaibashi main area. Easy access to take subway to go Umeda/ Kyoto area for more exploring. They don’t have laundry room and no laundromat closed by. If you plan to stay there for more than a few days, be prepared to bring enough clothes for your stays. "

"Great property!! The room was spacious for Japan. There is a Lawson on the first level. Walkable in good weather. If the weather is cold, rainy, and windy the walk to the hotel and universal sucks. "

"This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. "Minn Gion was so spacious for our family of four with older kids and everything was seamless from checkin to checkout. There was a family mart right next door which made it so convenient to grab snacks and drinks. And best of all, it was in a prime location that made it easy for casual strolls to the local shrines and restaurants. Would highly recommend! "
