The hotel is situated within a residential neighborhood, but require to walk hundred yards to discover dining or entertainment options. While the overall appears satisfactory, the presence of two washing machines on the ground floor may pose a challenge for those who inadvertently leave their belongings unattended.

Lovely hotel in a quiet space.. The bus stop is about 2-5 mins walk away and there are convenient stores near by. The staffs were very helpful.

Property is nice and in a really peaceful neighborhood of Kyoto. However, it is quite a walk from station, especially with sore feet from walking and traveling.

The hotel was very clean the rooms were bright. We had nice heat. Too hot at times. I do wish the beds was a bit sofer. It was very firm mattresses. They didnt have luggage delivery. But over all it was a wonderful stay. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

This is a perfect hotel for a short stay. Only problem was that taxi drivers had a hard time finding the address.

The good: cheap, clean, and quiet The bad: too small for three people, indeed a bit too far from Kyoto train station. We ended up taking bus at the end of the day, while still walking to Kyoto station in the morning

Very nicely located near Kyoto station and was great to have laundry and microwave available for use. The check-in counter also works by itself without staff so that was convenient when staff were busy helping others.

A little far walk from kyoto station, but for this value, you cannot beat the price. You get free ice cream bar from 4pm to 12am. You can also get free basic amenities from the lobby. The room was very basic, on the smaller side with a comfortable double bed. I only stayed for two nights, but it was good for a short-term stay.
