Property was in a great location close to Kyoto station so it made it very easy and convenient for us to do our day trips. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with finding a restaurant for us to try Kobe beef and even called to make a reservation for us. They always have someone at the front desk greeting guests when they come in or leave and always had a smile. They had laundry on site but with only 2 machines. The cycles can run for up to 2 hours so it can be challenging to get your laundry done if you want to use the machines as many guests are trying to use them. Great hotel and would stay there again!

This was a great find in a super location. It was a short walk from Kyoto station, and short taxi ride to wherever we went. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and had everything we needed. The breakfast was quite good. We would stay there again on our next trip.

Next to Kyoto Station
Great location (next to Kyoto station) and friendly staff. Would stay again for the location. Made it easy for us to take trips to Osaka, Nara, and others places nearby. Room and breakfast was just okay. I would skip purchasing the breakfast next time. We ended up going to restaurants nearby for more variety of options vs eating at the hotel.
