Very well organized, everyone was friendly, loved the no shoes policy and provided slippers!, the communal living room space with tables and couches to relax on, the large kitchen and refrigerator to access, and the rooms/beds were great too. Very easy to find, close to metro and bus routes, near the river too which is so pretty! Would stay again!

Great as a solo traveller
This is the 2nd time I've stayed here as a solo traveller, and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Kyoto. The beds are very comfy and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common area are very clean. The place has a really good vibe and in a convenient location for public transport and food.

Loved staying here! Large dinning area and kitchen so was easy to meet other travellers and eat meals together. Bike hire from venue was great. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Check-in and checkout was a breeze and facilities were great - will be on my list to return!
