Great upscale hotel with excellent staff. Large rooms with very nice bathroom with top of the line Toto toilet. Located in walking distance to Daimaru Dept store, and many quaint restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping staff and hotel desk staff were polite and helpful. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful and the stuff is friendly. However, nobody speaks English, which is difficult if you are staying in a hotel of international acclaim. They did not inform us that we needed reservations to eat at any of the restaurants on New Year’s Day. They only advised us to make reservations for New Year’s Eve, and we found ourselves Without any food or options as every restaurant in town was closed.
