Excellent stay!! The hotel was comfortable, the room was quite spacious and the breakfast buffet was amazing with both western and local options. In front of Toji train station and a bus stop nearby as well. Great great value for the price

Great hotel, great base when staying in Kyoto. subway station is opposite hotel and is one stop 5mins from Kyoto station. Breakfast was good definitely would recommend staying here

Staff are excellent, room was bigger than expected with very convenient amenities. Storage lockers in the lobby were very nice. Location is good, not too far from Kyoto station and well connected to the rest of the city by public transit. Clean, safe area.
