"We had excellent communication from Lisa on how to get to the villa. On arrival the welcome pack exceeded anything I have had before and Lisa left a special surprise for my daughter’s birthday this was a lovely treat. The Villa was very clean and spacious with everything that you could need but a bonus was the water cooler this was very welcome. The outside had lots of seating areas and loungers. "We arrived late and tired and found the welcome pack containing a few essentials for a drink and a snack much appreciated. The villa was clean and had everything needed for your stay, the pool area was well equipped with BBQ and plenty of chairs and sun loungers. Denise was most helpful with our questions. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of miles. Overall a lovely villa in a nice area, we would be more than happy to stay again. "

"The owner of the property was very accommodating with our requests for an early check in and late check out. The position of the villa was just what we expected and it had beautiful views. Everything we needed was at the property. The only thing we needed and couldn't find was a vegetable peeler but this was a minor inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if we went back to the Paphos area."

"We had a lovely weeks stay. Property well appointed. Had a few minor issues like being able to locate the key safe in the dark on our late arrival. The downstairs bathroom the shower curtain came off the wall but able to fix it and the radiator is very rusty. Also the windows in the downstairs bedroom were locked and unable to find the key. Quite a few light bulbs need replacing in the lounge. Also water pressure was not good unless you went upstairs to press the switch. We did have a problem...

"We have just returned after a fab week at Villa Lucas. Great communication from owner Andy before our trip. Lovely welcome on arrival from Andy PPL property management. He took his time to explain everything and offer lots of helpful tips, despite us arriving late evening. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. "We spent 2 weeks in October - working remotely and then holiday. Villa was really well set up with good wifi and plenty of space which we needed as we needed to setup two ‘offices’ to allow us to work during the day. Communications with owner were really good,and overall a very enjoyable stay. "
