However, what made our stay even more special was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A particular highlight was the exceptional care they took with our dietary preferences. As vegetarians, we were so appreciative of the variety of options offered to us at every meal. The staff took the time to understand our needs, and the chefs were more than happy to accommodate us, making each dining experience a delight. We’d like to give a special mention to Andres, the supervisor manager, who made such a difference in our stay. He always went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, and his genuine care for our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable.
