Great drivers, nice house, but too expensive
There are some great pros and cons. The place is beautiful as a shared space but the bedrooms are all in fhd basement and dont feel as great as the big open floor to ceiling window spaces in the rest of the house.
On this website it was listed as pay at property but in reality Elite Havens will require the entire payment within 7 days of booking. There is also a deposit they require two weeks before you stay that doesnt even begin processing until 7 days after your stay so you get it back almost 2 weeks after leaving.
They do provide drivers to the lifts, thankfully because this place is at the bottom of the hill and the roads in Niseko are ice sheets so its almost a requirement to use the rides, however there is some free shuttles too.
They come and clean each day which is nice but sometimes a bit much in a house, but I imagine you could ask them not to. They will communicate a lot with whoever is the lead about check ins and check outs and the process of you needing them with you for each.
Our most annoying small grievance was the key situation. Its not like a number lock, you have to have a physical key for the door and if you have a group thats not always together its a pain. We asked for an additional key, which they did provide but even with our group of 5 the 2 keys was a pain to coordinate.
All in all, the property is nice, but for this kind of money Id hope for more.
