"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."
