Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear noise from other rooms all night; the rooms are also somewhat small for a "luxury hotel". "Minutes away from everything but still in a quiet area. I stayed for a residency week at A&M and could not be happier. Close to the college, and restaurants. Apartment was clean and well kept. It is attached to the main house but I never actually saw the owners. No invasion of privacy at all.Owner was responsive via message and there were no issues. I hope it is available for my final residency next year."
