At check in we were assigned a room that was under renovation. We were then given another room, but had to get assistance to get the heat to operate in it. The bed was fair. There was a very large tub in the bedroom area, which we did not want or use. Carpet in the hall had large wrinkles in the middle of the hall. Our room did not have carpet. It was acceptable but certainly not outstanding.

We stayed 4 nights. Upon checking in we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned and fresh linen daily…. we were on the list to have this done. There was not one day we didn’t have to get our own towels. One time the bed was made up. We went to the front desk 3 times and still did not have towels to shower the day we left… what’s the point of asking to get simple things like towels and not having them even if your on the list.

The property manager & all staff were very accommodating! I was not feeling well & a staff member offered to get me anything I might have needed & arranged for an additional night so I could rest. I will definitely stay here again!

Great low rate for a clean and quiet room. The staff were friendly. The bed was a little too firm for us, though. Big room and comfy arm chair with light. I would stay here again. 👍

TV played on only one channel and we informed the front desk clerk after check-in. She stated we could not change rooms as they were supposed to be full last night. She stated that a maintenance person would come look at it. The TV was not fixed as no one apparently came by.

Terrible lodging that holds you hostage since you are there and you do not want to start searching for another hotel on short notice: - Broken refrigerator that front desk refused to fix and refused to change the room. - Broken and badly patched TV cabinet. - clunking and therefore loud in room HVAC system. - Rude and unaccommodating staff.
