"Well first off all l booked apartment with washing machine,doubled bed and kitchen. None of these has been provided and the worst thing was that not the room l have booked it was completely different room,it's not acceptable."

Great experience

"We had a great experience at Megasaray. Staffs were friendly, accommodating, helpful and attentive to guests. When I told the guest relation that my 11 y/o niece will be celebrating her bday, they have decorated our room with surprise gifts and cake brought the manager. I cant thank you enough for all your wonderful gestures. More choices of food and had a sea and mountain view …superb Looking forward to vist you again"
