The room was very tight and could do with some hooks and a shelf on the wall. The bathroom had a step up which was easy to miss and could cause an injury.

The carpark is too expensive and inconvenient across the road. There is no proper drop off point to the hotel. When it rains, it was very horrible experience.

I like the free drinks. There are a public bath and a humidifier. But the bathroom sink is too small. It’s hard not to splash water on the slippers when I wash my face.

Very nice hotel and clean. Have some juice And coffee service. The first has 7-11. Very convenience. There nearly the tram and Kumamoto castle.

The location was excellent right in downtown, around the corner from the tram and bus stops (Torichosuji) and the room was clean but really really tiny...our double bed was against one wall and there was nowhere to put our luggage. I guess it would have been ok for a solo or business traveller. The breakfast was also quite disappointing.
