"Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable. "Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"10/10 A perfect little gem close to the centre and a stones throw to Penlee Park which is the perfect place to walk if you have a dog. Alec and Serena are such lovely hosts , kind , helpful and generous allowing guests to share their beautiful garden. The flat is spotless and comfortable and very much home from home. Highly recommended We shall definitely return. A super find"

"Immaculately clean and tidy apartment with great view and very near to a lovely beach. Bed was comfy, towels were good quality and fluffy! Loads of room too. A couple of downsides but overall did not affect our stay. The hotel next door who give you the key are unfriendly and clearly have a bad relationship with the lodges owners. The patio over looks a car park (just be honest about this) and the furniture needs replacing. We were in a ground floor appartment but great sea view. Instructions...
